My old mates Hinder roll into town today. They're on tour as main support with Staind. I didn't have anything set up other than shooting them live and hanging out with some mates but I did bring along some studio lights and ended up doing an impromptu shoot with them by the buses. Had a great laugh with the guys telling them dirty limericks during the shoot as I had them leaping in the air and working up a sweat. You can check out the pics in the "Studio Gallery".
As usual they put on a great live show although the stage was a pain in the arse to shoot bands on as it's so high. A lot of the times you end up with "Booger Shots" when a stage is too high and mostly what you get are shots angled looking up the artists noses... I get up onstage with the guys and get some nice shots of Cody on the drums and looking out to the crowd. I end up staying and shooting Staind who put on a good performance. The music isn't really my cup of tea but the band do perform well and the crowd are more than pleased.
See the Hinder guys on the bus afterwards and then head home for a spot of Aberfeldy.....OO-ER!

Sunday...the usual day of blog updates. Sorry for the lack of input the last week. It's been a bit of a bugger as they say what with the rigors of various and sundry tripe getting in the way. That plus magazine assignment dates being shuffled around and re organized. I was meant to be in sunny Los Angeles this weekend but instead I'm sat on my arse at home working instead although yours truly should be on the move to get a few new snaps again very shortly...
In the meantime my illustrious webmaster John or "Fifi" as he's known in certain circles (okay I made that up!) has posted a new gallery of my work for you to ogle. Don't ogle too long though as you might turn to stone and then we're all buggered! SO! New pics from the recent trip to the Ministry camp located in the dusty depths and outer rim of Old El Paso town, Texas ya'll!! Behold the frightening sights of the very last Ministry line up. You'll find them in the "Studio" section of the galleries.
On a different note I'd like to thank those of you that emailed with your kind remarks regarding my previous two blogs. Warmed my cockles a fair bit I have to admit! I'm always a tad glum at this time of year but your words hit the spot ;O) Aye!
Still working on those t-shirts and a selection of photographic prints for the Sales dept here. I'm hoping to have more of a chance to exercise my Landscape Photography muscles this year as well if I can ever take a break from music.
Well, back to the proverbial grindstone as they say.
Luv and muffin top!

New live galleries of Lamb of God from December 2007 and Papa Roach from October 2007 have been added for your viewing enjoyment. Also new is a Peanut Gallery montage featuring Steve Lukather (lead guitarist for Toto and solo singer-songwriter). So for you fans of Randy Blythe or Jacoby Shaddix there's more pix to see now. And with the addition of Steve to the Peanut Gallery, the popularity of my montages just keeps rising. Enjoy Me Dears...

I just wanted to drop a quick post to let you know I have added a new Def Lep gallery to the site. And yes, by popular demand, there are shots of Joe by himself. Go have a browse for yourself and don't forget to rate and comment on your faves. You can find it in the LIVE category with a yellow "New Gallery" banner on it. Enjoy and cheers mates!
